Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • The purchased goods may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
     

  • Returns will be accepted only if the item remains intact and in the same condition as it was sent.
     

  • Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned back.
     

  • Costumers will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend that goods are returned by currier in order to allow the tracking of the shipment. Glyns Collections will not be held responsible for refund or compensation of goods that have been lost, stolen or damaged.
     

  • For returned goods, the credit will be issued in the same form as payment for the original order, less any taxes or import duties incurred, if the goods are being shipped back from outside the UK. The original shipment charges will not be refunded.
     

  • Glyns collections will make every effort to promptly refund the costumer within 14 days from the written order cancellation request and receipt of the returned goods. Confirmation email will be sent once the refund had been completed.
     

  • To return an item, please email contact@glynscollections.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return reference.
     

  • Please note that we can only issue refunds for goods that are shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt.
